In a world where we are repeatedly taught that we are not good enough, it is easy for our mind to become crowded with insecurities and doubts. Positive affirmations can help release you from negativity, replacing self-doubt with self-love.

Self-love is something that you need to work at, you have to train your subconscious to believe you are enough. 

The Science Behind Positive Affirmations: 

Positive mantras and phrases do not conjure results like casting spells, they require work and repetition to make a difference. 

Daily positive affirmations can help ‘rewire’ your brain over time, so you can positively change the way you think. This is due to the neuroplasticity of our brains, allowing it to change its structure and function in response to experience.

So, for example, if looking in the mirror triggers you to have negative thoughts, you can use positive affirmations to change this response. You can teach your subconscious to practice self-love and appreciation rather than criticism. 

To see results, repeat affirmations at least once a day but no more than three times a day.
